  Tracy is an amazing nail tech. Unfortunately every time I make an appointment they over book her. Called made my appointment for 12noon......got here 5 minutes to 12 and I am still here waiting for my 12 o clock appointment and it is 20 minutes to 1pm. It is now 1pm and the owner told me and another client....it doesn't matter if we made an appointment if it is packed come back another day. How about honoring appointments, and dont over book your staff, if your over booked communicate that with your clients
