  Open letter to Robby's boss: Please do everything you can to keep this tech! THIS is the tech every person who has Larue HOPES they get. This is the level of concern that you have for your own personal lawn SHARED (for real) by a service provider's technician! If you're saying "Really?" then you haven't had Robby. He not only does the planned service but takes the time and puts in the effort to coordinate with the home owner in regards to any additional concerns. He notes progress (or lack of same). He is able to speak intelligently on weed types and treatments. He has a wealth of helpful tips. He smiles and conveys a level of contentment that is rare for this type of work. He is a pleasure to work with and have on the property. And if you can believe this, I actually look forward to the planned service dates. I feel assured that he is doing everything possible to ensure my lawn improves and looks the way we both want it to. He is proud of his work and contribution and I am too!
