  i’ve been coming to country style for years, since i was a little girl in lehigh. i have always loved it there. i’ve tried just about every item on the menu. i’ve never had a single issue in the past, all of the employees have been friendly, professional, and keen on customer service. although i would say that perhaps management should reconsider their hiring process. i had an experience with a very young employee whom i’ve never seen before, so i assume she is a recent hire. she was extremely rude from the beginning to the end of the experience. i don’t know her name as she wasn’t wearing a name tag, but she started the interaction with a scowl. instead of asking me what i wanted she just stared at me until i spoke. when i asked her how she was doing, she said “fine.” in a very nasty tone of voice, then proceeded to stare at me until i placed my order. she then scoffed at me and slammed the drive through window. perhaps she was just having a bad day, but that is no excuse to treat a loyal, paying customer as an inconvenience when they have done absolutely nothing to you.
