  My wife and I have always gone to them and the last time we went, not only did they give us faulty tires, but they damaged her rim and said they would replace it. I'm extremely disappointed! We still have not received a call from them for replacement or with any concern. We have 2 children and have been driving around for months with this issue. We wouldn't have even known about the tires being faulty if we didn't take it to get new ones at another shop that is a nationwide franchise. It's sad to know that these guys don't worry about their customer loyalty or the fact that we and our family members spend our money there every time we've had an issue. Not going to them ANYMORE! I will tell everyone I know to stay away!
