  Tom is the BEST here. I came with my phone completely dead and ready to buy a new one. I called LG and everywhere no one was able to assist me with getting it back up and running. Came to this location and Tom assisted me in getting my phone back running. This is a honest location. It would have been easy for him to just make a sale but he said lets try this first and see if it works and it did work. Thanks Tom we need more honest, hardworking, diligent workers such as yourself.
